EVENT

MAIN Event is an acronym for Motorcity Automotive Industry Night (MAIN) Event. This event is a welcome and homecoming to Detroit for all automotive professionals, especially those attending the North America International Auto Show. Not only are we recognizing the professional community, but students from Lawrence Technological University will feature their concepts.

The host location for this year's event is the beautiful and spectacular downtown Coach Insignia restaurant and view from the Renaissance Center. The modern venue's premium accommodations include spectacular views of the city, Comerica Park, and Riverfront, along with plenty of safe parking for event participants.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Everyone electing to attend the event MUST be registered to clear security.
• Attendees need to arrive between 6:30-6:50pm as the event presentation will start promptly at 7:00pm.
• Venue location will be on the 72nd floor; attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy the city and river scenery and review vehicle concepts and company displays.
• If attendees elect to bring a guest with them, they also must be registered.

If special arrival arrangements need to be made outside of the required arrival time, please coordinate with Kevin Preuss and his cell number is 248.894.1299.

Parking:

Parking will be complimentary valet. On arrival, please enter through the "Wintergarden Entrance" of the Renaissance Center (facing riverfront), informing your valet you have arrived for the Main Event. There will be parking vouchers available upon departure, to present to the valet when you request your vehicle. When entering through the Wintergarden Entrance, proceed to the third floor, using escalators following signs for the Marriot hotel. The elevator transportation to Coach Insignia is located in the central tower, visible from the hotel entrance.
